👟 What Are Karting Shoes?

Karting shoes are specialized racing footwear built to give excellent pedal feel, grip, comfort, and control while you’re driving a kart. They differ from everyday shoes because they have:
✔ Thin, high-grip soles that let you “feel” the pedals precisely.
✔ Lightweight and flexible construction to aid quick throttle/brake modulations.
✔ Ankle support and secure closure so the shoe stays snug during racing.
✔ Breathable materials for comfort during long sessions.

⚠️ Unlike full auto racing boots, most karting shoes are not fireproof — that’s normal and expected for karting.
